I have been running @ 425 x 9 3.82Ghz stable in Prime95 but still getting game freezes. I've been spending hours adjusting Bios settings trying to clear up freezing issues and 3Dmark. I decided to disable CPU Thermal throttling. Now, no matter what I do, the FSB reported by CPUID will not go over 333Mhz. Have it set to 420Mhz in Bios. Tried re-enabling CPU thermal throttling, that did nothing! I have all the other stuff off, C1E, speedstep etc. disabled. Currently have latest F8f bios. I tried loading Optimized settings, tried hard and soft Bios reset, restarted and put everything back, no dice there either.

As far as voltages go, +.2 on FSB and NB, +.3 for rated Ram spd, 1.4V Vcore for 1.36 actual.

What the heck is going on here? I'm honestly about to ditch this motherboard as I'm starting to think it's faulty.

Unplug your system. Unplug your ps from your motherboard. Take out your CMOS battery for a few minutes.
Put it all back together and boot up.
