p35 abd SLI

Officially no.
There is no reason why they can't support SLI but it's all dependant on the gfx drivers & nVidia drivers look for an nVidia chipset before enabling SLI.

Unfortunately, Intel has not yet integrated SLI into their X38 or P35 offerings. Intel will be releasing a new motherboard, the SkullTrail, which WILL allow for SLI. I am not sure which chipset it will be using, but the rumours that I have heard are that it will be a dual-processor motherboard with SLI. I think it's meant for the highest-end gamers.

Skulltrail uses an nVidia MCP hence the SLI drivers detect an nVidia chipset & enable SLI ...
Basically if you want to run SLI nVidia wants to get you for a chipset sale as well.
