p3 processors

My question is simple. Some AMD chips are made of copper and some of aluminum. What are the p3's made of? just copper or both?

P3s are made using aluminum.

I don't believe there is a true copper Coppermine, yet. What the cpu is named after has nothing to do with it's ingredients, as most Intel CPUs have been named after rivers. I believe there is a Coppermine river. You get aluminum, but a coppery name.
