P3 Motherboard question (133A vs 1815)

I stumbled into a deal for a 1ghz P3 and the guy threw in an IWill VD133 Pro Light (no raid). My question would be, would I be better suited keeping the VD133, or selling it and buying a CUSL2-C or other 1815 board? I have had very little luck finding reviews of the iwill board (they have a few listed, but I didn't find any of them to be very informative) and thought I would get everyone's thoughts on it.
