Hello,
I recently purchased a Geforce2 Pro 64mb DDR in hope of increasing my fps. Turns out I get much worse fps than I did on my voodoo3 3000 agp. Also when I try to play games such as Unreal Tournament and Team Fortress Classic in Open Gl mode the screen is very dark. This makes it very difficult to see the screen, even with the brightness all the way up in the game and my monitor. Also in D3D mode the fps shoots down to around 12 fps which seems a little odd, but for some reason the brightness is fine there.
I have tried reinstalling the drivers, dx8, and i am running version 12.41 of my geforce 2 card.
My system specs are:
P III 700
320mb ram
Geforce 2 Pro 64mb DDR
Sound Blaster Live!
Direct X 8.0
It would be most appreciated if someone could help me out here.
