P3 CuMine and Duron?

I was wondering how the 2 (synthetic/real world) will bench against each other both the same speed?

What are the actual architectural differences between these 2 CPU's (cache etc)?

Im looking up about the architecture of the two at the moment but would warmly receive any input.

Ive been curious about this for ages now, so reckon its about time i found the answers.

Please no Intel vs AMD input, just the facts be nice
