P3-700e FC-PGA --> P3125 Help!!!!

Hi is it possible to put P3125 on a Flip chip cpu used in a slot1 Mobo????

Also anyone here know anything about slotkit ADPT? its got some jumpers on it and i was wondering, what they are for??
