Your CPU is definitely a Coppermine, that is, 700E. Reasons:

1. There are no 700 MHz non-coppermine P3:s.

2. The "256" in the serial number denotes the 256 kb full-speed cache of the Coppermine.

3. The "SL45Y" means you have a cB0 CPU, which is good. Overclocks better than cA2, and also SMP capable if the need would arise.

4. WCPUID can't "see" the CPU cache directly - it uses other means of identification. Go to H. Oda and see if you can grab a newer version. Unfortunately, his NrkLv home page usually says "invalid operation" nowadays... Try other overclocking files pages - the WCPUID is quite famous and shouldn't be hard to find.

Edit2: Note that it's the L2 cache that is 8-way associative, not the L1 cache!
