P3 700@933 cpu temp 17c ?????

Just fixed and got my p3 700 @933 at CUSL2.
According to Asus Probe2 Cpu temp, even at 933 it's 19~17c
Reading when i'm not doing anything... still low don't you think?
Should I trust this? sounds too low.
is this reading reliable?
It's not like i have water block or something.
Just Alpha PEP, modified to fit onto cusl2(instead of blowing from side, blows stright down towards cpu).

It is too low. There is no way that any CPU can run that low without active cooling.

its a cusl2 bios/pcprobe issue.

you can pick up a newer/temp fixed bios at Cusl2.com , as well as an updated pcprobe.

MBM 4.18 and later also work fine.

mystere79, how did you modify your alpha pep66 to blow onto the cpu instead of the cpu? I have mine currently blowing to the side on my cusl2 and there is like 3mm clearing from that to the PSU. I know that might not be good but my comp has been running fine. It would be neat if i could modify it. thx!
