P3 650, pushin it!

I have the same board with a 770 running at 933. I can practically guarantee you 866 (6.5*133). Mine did 933 at 1.70v, and after I installed a GlobalWin fop38 (which is awesome by the way) it runs at 102F all the time.

All you can do is try depends on the yield on your chip I would definetly try 133 bus and than go up the core can handle 1.85 to 1.9 volts to get ya there. But I would stay at 1.85 or below if I was you. Good luck with the OC adventure...
