P3 600e @800+ or Celeron 533a @950???

Which would be the better choice??? I can get the P3 600e for just a few extra $$$ (already have the 533a). I am also testing the P3 right now in the BX board its going into and the #`s are pretty impressive even with the ram at Cas3. I guess my question is should I sell the 533a to make up the difference and get the P3 600e???

Well the upgrade is not for me its for the wife`s puter I have a P3 700e @1000mhz 1.65 and she had messed with it from time to time and can tell the difference (she says anyhow). I`ve had her using the Celeron II for a while now and have no problems but you know females... (change is a way of life) Also the ASUS 6800 DDR responds better to the P3 in 3dMark2000 (about 750 points higher at the same Mhz).


To be honest this all started the other night when I was messing with my machine I booted and got into Win98SE @1120mhz with my P3 700e @ 1.85 (air cooled) very shakey no 3d apps but what the heck... I kinda taunted her with it and she uh well you get the picture... Also it did not help when I told her I was getting a Radeon 64 to replace my Geforce 2 GTS 64meg (did not figure she would want it... uh big mistake...)
