P3 533 MHz with 256 Cas-2 RAM @PC133MHz but takes long time for even 1 WU

How long does it take to finish one WU? I have a P3-550 OC'ed to 733 and it takes about 8 hours to finish a WU.

Also, you might have a VLAR (Very Low Angle Range) WU which normally takes 20-30% longer to finish. You can check the AR of your WU in SetiSpy or SetiWatch if you haven't done so.

My Cel 366 @ 550 ,CAS2 does most WU's in about 10,5 hrs

Better check your cpu useage ,SETI should get about 98-99% with nothing else running
You don't have your bios virus scan on do you?

You might want to get the link from Assim1 for ATM to check and see how much CPU time SETI is getting.

are you sure you only have one instance of the client?

If you hit CTRL-ALT-DEL, how many instances of Winoldap do you see?
