I bought a P3 700Mhz FC-PGA from Compuwiz1 and had it running at FSB of 133(1/4) at 1.75 V at a multiplier of 7 on a ABIT BE6 board with the latest bios (TH) for 933MHz. I am cooling with the PEP66 unit.

Can multiplier be changed or just FSB speed?

What's a good utility for system specs?

What's better? 384 MB at CAS3 or 320 MB at CAS2?

You cant change the multiplier on p3's. You will need to get your bus speed to 143 MHz to have 1 gig.

On the ram, it depends on what you are into. Like what kinds of apps you run. There is a bit of difference between cas2 and 3. But I havent noticed the difference, could only tell by benchmarking. So its really up to you. But I would go for the 320@cas2, but because I dont need all of that ram:)
