P3 1.4GHz?

Did Intel recently released a P3 1.4GHz processor. I thought that the P3 core only went up to 1.26GHz. The only reason I am asking this is because on Dell's web site they have a number of servers with the option to perchase a P3 1.4GHz 512KB. Link1 Link 2
 
I follow the Tually stuff and saw that a couple weeks ago. I run the 1.26 PIII-S 512K version @ 1.44 Ghz. Nice CPU's. Fast, very cool running, overclock on stock 1.45 Vcore.
