I had an IWill MoBo with a P3 733Mhz in it for a while... as I mentioned earlier today in another thread. It is a slot 1 MoBo and no onboard sound or video. worked very well.

The model number is VD133.

Here is the link >>>> IWill

They have all sorts of good stuff.... LOL

I liked my motherboard and I will never get rid of it because i never had any problems with it. I have kept my P3 and I am using it as a file server for my video and music in my home.
Reliable: yes
Easy to get support: no.
Need support: not really.
If you get one of these boards make sure you flash the BIOS before you start installing too much onto it.

You could try Here. Most of the BX boards will support your processor, although it may not show up as correct speed in the BIOS, it should run with no problems. Also there is always eBay.

You should try an old Abit BE6 v II b/c it gives you incremental bus speed manipulation and it supports up to 10.5x mulitipler on the P3's, just update the BIOS to get the new multiplier. It should be cheap and it's a stable slot 1 board now, since they don't make them BX boards anymore. No on board sound or video, but does have an extra ATA66 IDE ports. Only thing is that if youf FSB speed is going to exceed the 105MHz bus, then the AGP port may have trouble w/ dividers.
I have my Celeron 633 o/c to 950@100mhz, and it's running pretty good w/ my ATi RAGe fury. I just setup another computer w/ a Soyotek 6VBA w/ the VIA Apollo 133 chipset with pretty much the same setup except for the new board and new p3 667 on the soyo mobo, but when comparing them on Counter-strike, I get max. 71 fps on the ABIT, but only about 31 fps on the SOYOTEK. It kinda ticked me off that the Apollo Pro 133 wasn't as fast as the BX chipset since I was gonna upgrade to the Soyo.

While I normally scream and run away from Via chipsets, my P3V4X has been nothing but 100% stable for a couple of years a 933MHz P3.

I'll also put in a vote for the P3V4X. Have been using one since 03/2000 and it's
been rock steady. Think you'll have to flash to latest bios to recognize a 1Ghz.

The P3V4X....how well does it Overclock and what options does it come with (multiplier increments)? I have a p3 slot 1 500mhz that I was thinking about selling, but now I'm thinking I'm gonna build a new rig to hook up to my entertainment system as an mp3/movie/file server. I'll probably use the TV-out as well with my 32'' Wega and my spare VisTek GF3 ti200. I've read that the p3 I have (SL35E) is a great OCer, so that should run plenty fast.
