p2p bsod: i m helpless

my pc is freezing with bsod during p2p networking.

my system specs
amd phenom 720be
biostar 790gx a3+mboard
winxp sp2
2gb ddr3 transcend
500gb seagate sata
8800gt gt
intex pci lancard
realtek pci lancard

laptop
intel celeron
1gb ddr
160gb hitachi
win xp sp

I configured my pc using a pci lan card and laptop for p2p connectivity and it succeded. (onboard lan is for internet line)
I can browse or copy my pc files from laptop without any problems.
but if i do same from my pc to the laptop, during browsing/copying a bit i get bsod but the laptop is intact.

I tried 4 different make lan cards and in different pci slots but same thing happens.

But if i do the p2p via my pc onboard lan it goes very nicely without any bsods.

My cpu temps are very normal, 34c idle and 38c on load so no overheating.
i dont get any bsods screens and have no problems while gaming.
I have latest eset nod32 and scanned my pc but no viruses or anything found.

<Also using the same lan cards i am able to browse other network systems without any bsods.
I disabled onboard lan and tried then with the pci cards but still no success.

Plz help. Its very very confusing issue here.
