P180 warped doors

So do I have to take off the warped door on my case? Or do I have to send the whole case back? Can anybody who has already had that problem answer please?: (

My door was warped as well. I was about to contact Antec when I ran into this link. It fixed my problem for the most part, after I did it a couple times its just about as good as new.

Generally Antec just ships users a new door without requesting the old door or case for RMA. Not sure if the same dealio applies for someone overseas.

Isn't that procedure for a seperate problem from the doors bowed in the middle? I need to get a new door for my case, mine is seriously bowed in the middle. Do the replacements come with a new hinge?

My door was warped after 3 hours in a cold car. I emailed Antec, they asked for a scan of my receipt, and they said they would send me a new door. Not sure when it will arrive....but they said they'd do it.
 
I had the same problem. I emailed them, they asked for a copy of my receipt and then they sent me a new door. The new door is metal on metal. No plastic. It also has magnets in the center to hold it tight to the case.
 
My first door warped, which was ok for me until it fell off the hinges. The replacement door has not warped. I noticed that the replacement seemed to be much better quality - it's made out of alluminum where as the first was all plastic.
 
Is it? Really all aluminum eh? Only my front door, is slightly warped. I guess you guys are all refering to the side door. Id love an all aluminum door though. 😛 I may have to get one at some point.
 
we're talking about the front door, modempower - not the side.

Burner - how long did it take for you to recieve the new door?
 
I also had the "warped door" issue on my P180. Initially I was informed the part was backordered (no surprise really). All told though I only waited about a week maybe 10 days before my door was at, erm, well... my door. I was prepared to scan my receipt, but Antec never asked for it and simply sent me the part.
