P180 Install problem

Just got a antec P180. Nice chassis but got into a problem when i realize that the graphics card i purchase require a dual slot.

Did i purchase the wrong chassis???

Any help would be appreciated. Need to setup a PC ASAP

I don't see the problem? What motherboard do you have? I have a p182, and my dualslot graphics card fits just fine.

Dualslot has nothing to do with the case, it's more a motherboard issue. It might block a pci slot, but that's it. The case really hasn't much if anything to do with that though.

Perhaps you might have to remove the middle harddrive cage? And install your harddrives in the bottom.

Thanks for the input. The HDD have to relocated to the lower HDD cage. And I just realize that I actually have a P182 as well :p

The above combo works fine.

How close is the vid card to the center cage on the P180 ? I'm looking at the GTX260 with my P180b, but assume that at the least, I will need the straight SATA cables so that they don't hit the underside of the vid card.

For my card, it fit almost juz nice without much free space. I actually removed the HDD tray as well. In other words, if you have a 2 x SLI combo, than the middle card is useless...
