My space is very limited and i see the unit is listed as 21.3"(H) x 19.9"(D) x 8.1"(W).

What I'm concerned with is the Height. My current space is limited to 20.5 inches. However I wonder if the listed Height is factoring in the Fan Vent on the back of the case. I have more room on the back part of the table just not the front. Can someone with this unit take 5 min of their time to measure the Height in the front, I'd be grateful. Don't wana buy this unit and not be able to fit it under the table.

From the bottom of the feet to the top of the case, it's 20 3/8 inches. Close call, but it should fit if you're sure you have a good 20.5".

Of course you won't be able to use the blowhole cover (adds another 1" of height), but it's optional anyway.
