P180 Front Audio 10-pin connector with Asus A8N32-SLI Deluxe?

I'm building my new system and am wondering if I can hook up the Front panel audio connector from the P180 to the FP_Audio 10-pin connector on the Asus A8n32-SLI Deluxe. The MB's 10-pin connector came with 4 of the pins covered with jumper thingies, but if I remove those the P180s cable lines up just right...but is it Realtek AC97' or whatever the Asus MB is?

Basically, can I take off the Asus' guards and just use the 10-pin connector or do I only use the small individual connectors and thus only use 5 of those (since 4 are blocked)?

Fast help very appreciated!

take off the jumpers and it will plug in fine. Its a universal connector. Just match up the blocked pin and you'll be fine.
