P160 Modding

Do you want to do a window, or just a fan? I can pretty much tell you both, or have links for both at any rate.

Blow hole guide...

Best thing to do is get a hole saw with a drill press. Easy as hell with that. And then get you a drill and do your screw holes, and that is about it. However, if you don't have access to a drill press, you will need a 1/2" - 5/8" drive drill for a 4-1/2" hole saw. Not sure how big of a drive you need for the hole saw for a 80mm hole.

You can, of course, elect to cut it with a dremel as well, if you so choose.

Windows with fan mounts can be used, or you can mod window kits. Basically, you mount the window, and do the same thing as you would with your normal case--cut a hole for the fan, and then make your screw hole mounts.

Myself, I'm putting in three windows in the case, and then putting in three fans in the windows... I figure I can always change out the plexiglass. Oh, one more thing. Instead of doing those kits, you can get molding here (can't load the page at work), and go to a local glass shop to save a buttload on Plexiglass. I'm saving about $60 by doing it that way, instead of using kits...
