i have a p160 case and im a bit disappointed how the front bezel comes off. its a bit of a PITA. looking at the design, im very sure theres a MUCH easier way to make the front bezel open. i have a lot of thoughts running through my head of how to mod the front bezel to make it open super easy instead of those annoying green clip things. so im asking you guys to help me think of a way to mod the front bezel to make it easier to open, and actually do it! and do it securely, meaning not letting it shake at all and its completely on.
this is one way i thought of thats the some simplistic.
as you know, u cant take off the front bezel without taking off the side first because of that bar near the front. we simply have to make that bar go through that hole thats connected to the bezel, and make it more secure. like make the bar a little thicker by surrounding it with plastic to make it go in the hole but hold it in place. i hope you know what i mean. and the green plastic clips will either have to be dremeled off, or you can just compress them somehow (crazy glue maybe) so they can still be used as a guide and keep the front bezel more secure.

im gonna try and test a few ways. i can not accept the way it is now. its just too much of a PITA for it to be good.

post your thoughts and ideas so we can come to a ultimate conclusion and actually mod all our cases together.

its not annoying to take off the front bezel? i think it should be much simplier and easier. with almost no effort. a simple solution would be to just put velcro.... maybe i should do that. ill leave that as a last resort.
