Nah. They're like landmines- deadly for decades. They just need better storage.

Using as many as possible just means we make more to... stimulate the economy, obviously.

Of course, our government doesn't have to actually USE the bombs before they want to buy more...the arms lobbyists make sure that gravy train keeps on churning...
