Ya see, the evangelicals? They have this deal among themselves where those folks who look at the way evangelicals support Trump with the same devotion and faith that they ascribe to their own deity know that these heathen do not have the scope and breadth of worldly and heavenly knowledge that their deity gave the evangelicals to understand that even though Trump may behave in the opposite manner that their Good Book codifies, Trump, out of pure political advantage sides with them thus making him the foretold mysterious way in which their God works........along with the same mysterious way that the hundreds of folks they elected to the House and Senate have been working for nigh on decades since their Saint Reagan prophesied the coming of The Compassionate Tricklers that would trickle down their wealth like a bovine urinating on the proverbial flat rock.

In this way even though Trump and his fellow thoroughly corrupted and vile brethren of the same political stench are hellbent on stealing from the poor in order to give it all to the fantastically wealthy folks who are obviously blessed by Their Almighty in this way are all, each and every one of them mind you, doing the Lord's work and thus exempt from the eternal damnation that all Democrats (yes, that includes all of those clueless, faithful yet fake Christians in the mix) justly deserve.

This I know because there is no other logical explanation for why a bunch of thoroughly indoctrinated religious folks would hail as their champion a self-confessed sexual predator, a narcissist whose own personal God appears to him every time he looks in a mirror and a pathological liar that weaponized this talent for personal gain.
