I have a vague memory of that being revealed as a fabrication ages ago. It actually sounds too articulate for him anyway (though I suppose he may have been so when younger). Only the last sentence sounds like his 'voice'.

I sort of remember something about him saying Republican candidates are stupid and lazy and he’d easily dominate them.
