Yahoo finance boards showcase the most miserable dregs of society. That guy is just upset that Seagate is up off its recent low and thinks that post will somehow encourage some weak-minded long holders to sell, creating a better buying opportunity for him.
Didn't work though, the stock traded flat all day until Greenspan's little the-Fed-is-going-to-continue-to-raise-rates-even-if-the-economy-takes-a-fatal-sh!t speech pushed it up $0.45/share in the afternoon.
