CPUID has a tool called EIST that I've used. I don't see it on their website right now, but if you want to try it, PM me with your email, and I'll send it to you. Only works for undervolting though.

yea, i found that out too to be exactly its notebook hardware control (nhc http://www.pbus-167.com/chc.htm) and thx guys, will check both. hopefully they´ll work with ATI Chipset, which i have.
