I use fool.com and the paper. The Chicago tribune lists the P/E ratio. Would take a while of searching though.

be careful about what P/E you are talking about...

P/E '02 or P/E '03

your best resource is a bloomberg terminal :) They cost about 10K a month.
On bloomber you could can a search for companies with the following criteria:

P/E 03 - Under 15x
Makt cap - 500MM and up
Indicated Dividend Yield - 3%+
Payout ration - Less than 75%
D/E less than 1

that'll come up with several bargains :)

P/E by itself is not very helpful. You have to did deeper into a company's financial statements and get a grasp of the whole picture. The problem right now in the market is that the average investor feels that they cannot trust the "E" in P/E. Everyone is afraid of being caught caught up in another fraud scandal because a company was playing with their numbers and "E" that report to the public aren't the true earnings of the company. Why do want to know all the stocks within a P/E range? Is it for some investment plan you have or are you doing some reasearch for other reasons?
