Didn't Ozzy say last year that he wasn't going to be playing Ozzfest anymore? Geez Sharon. Give him a break.

I'll probably go to see Ozzy and System of a Down. None of the other bands interest me at all. I hope the mystery band is good, but from the set list and the order that they are in it probably won't be. Tickets go on sale next wednesday for anyone that's interested.
 
I'm still pissed I missed Maiden last year, I had the tickets but something came up and I couldn't go. 🙁

Same thing happened to me. I had to give my tickets away the day of the show.🙁
 
Blah. Last year was so much better. Maiden, Mudvayne, In Flames, Shadows Fall, Killswitch Engage, Soilwork. The only bands I'd go see this year are Bleeding Through, Lacuna Coil, and maybe Disturbed.
 
Hmm.. last year's looked like it was better, but this could be much worse.

Oh yeah, the band's name is "Atreyu", not "Atreim".
 
Ozzy - good , but they will probably only play a whole bunch of of the ballad songs
System of a down - some songs are good, but I find most of there stuff aggrevating
Disturbed - a few fair songs, besides that they suck
Hatebreed - Good weight lifting music, but they are a second stage act
Lacuna Coil - Blah, I find them boring
Black Label Society - One of my favorite bands, but I did not enjoy the live performance last time I saw them
Atreim - Never listend to them
Unearthed - Never listened to them

Seems like a pretty weak ozzfest. At least BLS will be on the second stage.

Ignoring the mystery band for now, Ozzy's the only one on the list I care about.




The mystery band reminds me of family guy.
"Sure, a boat is a boat, but the mystery box could be anything! Even a boat!"

Not a very impressive list. Like a lot of bands, System of a Down was good before MTV and the Radio got ahold of them. Pretty much the same for disturbed.
 
Meh.

There's Ozzy, BLS and Unearth, but the rest kind of stink. I like Christina Scabbia and all, but most of Lacuna Coil's songs aren't that good.
