They're calling it a price rollback. I paid the regular price of $15 for mine 3 years ago and it's never given me any trouble. Uses AA batteries. Nothing fancy, no strobe, just on and off. Leagues ahead of the cheap Harbor Freight flashlights.
Good all purpose flashlight to have around the house/car.
