if theres one thing Bush is good at, its punishing evil-doers... ask those who were executed.

I think we should throw this bomber guy in a prison cell and plant a couple of bombs in there just to toy with him... so he knows how all the people hes injured and killed feel. Then revive him and do it again, until hes gone through 111 injuries and a death... punishment fits the crime.

No you didn't. I believe he then grafts a chainsaw to his stub, and then he fights the undead.
