While there are certainly problems with the status quo don't forget that its given your country one of the highest standards of living in the world.

Neutering the political beast I do not see having any ill effect on our standards of living. I don't need a government to want to have nice things for myself or provide nice things for those around me.

Wow.

For starters, the whole premise of this thread is incorrect. She's not worried about him winning, she flat out said that no one really thinks he's going to win. She's worried that an extended run, or a run as a 3rd party, will damage the eventual Republican candidate.

Secondly, wow, those Ron Paul supports in that second video should really put some thought into what they're going to say before approaching her. That first lady was a nut - rambling fairly incoherently about nonsense, she reminded me of the woman attempting (and failing) to argue with the CEO that recorded himself talking to the occupy protestors. And the guy near the end that went off about "who is behind the CNN networK"....wow. Just wow. You know who is behind CNN? Their board, and their shareholders. Shouldn't a Ron Paul fan know how a corporation works?

I get it that you Paul fans are really active and involved and want to further your movement, but, ah, this is really not a good way to do it.

Listen to your first clip again. She said many republicans, and her, are worried that if he continues on through the primary, and/or runs as an independent, that he could "hurt" the republican nominee...

Small government conservatives SHOULD hurt the Republican nominee. They'll be placing a fascist big government Neocon at the Whitehouse in our name. They've disgraced us long enough with the Bush and McCain nominations. The treason in keeping the Democrat's seat warm for them has gone on long enough!

I watched the second clip, and it makes Dana look composed and respectable and makes Republicans look like crazy nuts.
