Billions to save trees all over the world!

Just tell the U.S. Government you plan to chop down a bunch of trees.... the American taxpayer will write you a BIG FAT check.

If the government sends me $100,000 I promise to mow my grass half as much as I normally do. Think of all the CO2 that will no longer be coming out of my mower!

But we have NO ROOM to cut the federal budget.. we are absolutely down to the most critical and important spending. We can't cut a dime more.

Yep. We've tightened the belt all we can, there is no more savings to be had, obviously we're going to need to raise taxes ;) Especially on the rich, they're not paying their fare share!

Why don't you look through the 1200 page bill? I am betting no one in congress will either before passing it.

Damn dude your the one who said you can't verify it. There is a synopsis of the plan in this document (hint: page 2):

http://energycommerce.house.go...llowanceallocation.pdf

Feel free to find out what page in the main 1200 page document it is on. Like your senators and representatives I do not have time to read the bill in its entirety.
