At work we run Exchange 5.5 and OWA. Up until a few days ago it was working fine.
One of the DNS administrators was trying to migrate our DNS over to a new box...something got screwed up and servers weren't seeing each other.
We did a patch job in DNS (created new Host records, etc)...everything works except OWA.
From the OWA server, you can ping the mail server, DNS resolves the hostname both ways.
But when you login in to OWA, you get an error message "Cannot contact mail server {hostname}.
Any ideas? I've rebooted everything a hundred times already. IMO, it's related to DNS somehow b/c it was working fine BEFORE the DNS fiasco. 😕
