I was trying something with a power supply, a few coper wires and a few lightbulbs, anyway, I unplug the powersuply, and had the coper wires attached, (I am using gloves) and I go to grab the light bulbs I need, and put the coper wires in my mouth to hold them. that hurt...I forgot the PSU can still shock you after it is unpluged. Anyone have any idea how long I need to wait before it should be safe?

is the power in a comp? if it is unplugg from the wall and press the power button to drian the rest of the power
