I had one pulled several years ago. Took the Doc a good hour to pull it out, he did everything short of sticking his foot on my chin while he was pulling on the sucker. And on top of that the novacaine wore off about halfway through the extraction. AHHHHHH

I brush my teeth religiously now, not to mention using mouthwash and diluted peroxide.
