ok, so I got out of bed, stood up, and did the usual stretch (arms out to the side, lean back a little...)

But as soon as I started, I got a stabbing pain in the area from my belly button down through my urinary track.

The pain was so sharp that it caused me to get weak and start to black out, after which point I became ill.

It doesnt feel like its a muscle. If I push about 2 inches below my belly button, it hurts. What is there that is hurting?

They certainly can hurt. And not all of them protrude.

If it were a hernia though, wouldnt it also hurt when I flexed my abs? It only hurts when I directly push onto the area.

Hmmm hard to say. I'd need to do a finger digit test on you to know for sure.

Sounds like you might have a kidney stone that has passed into your bladder. If so, have fun peeing for the next few days.

fuck.

"Kidney stones often do not cause any symptoms. Usually, the first symptom of a kidney stone is extreme pain, which occurs when a stone acutely blocks the flow of urine. The pain often begins suddenly when a stone moves in the urinary tract, causing irritation or blockage. Typically, a person feels a sharp, cramping pain in the back and side in the area of the kidney or in the lower abdomen. Sometimes nausea and vomiting occur. Later, pain may spread to the groin."

Sounds about right.
