My first child was born about 4 months ago, so my swimming routine was cut down to next to nothing. I'm about 30 lb overweight now and want to loose it. Cardio workouts for me are no problems, swimming, cycling, running and rollerblading i love, but what about weight training? I want to do both since i have some more time now. Does anybody have a good weight training routine that does an overall body workout for general toning?
