Overall I truly cannot find anything wrong with this case. It is definitely the best case I have ever owned, easy to work with, looks nice, great airflow.

actually the rubber mounting is a very snug fit, and this would be unlikely to occur.

however, if there is still concern, there is a 3rd screw hole on each side (and enough supplied hardware) that can be used to permanently fix the HDs in place and then it would be impossible to pop out.
