Overstock.com problems

I hate overstock!!! Here's the story...

-Ordered digital picture frame for Valentines Day a month in January.
-Received it and it was broken.
-contacted customer support, asked if they could guarantee a working frame if I did an exchange otherwise I want a refund.
-no response
-v-day fast approaches, no response so I get something else from Amazon.
-contact them again and I finally get 2 responses. One asking for details of how it was broken and one saying something like "looks like someone already answered your request".
-send details and a week later they respond saying I will get a return label and I will get a refund after they receive it and have their techs check if it is really broken.
-3 weeks no return label. Contact them again, tell me that the label thingy is broken.
-1 more week no return label. contact again.
-Finally recieve return label
-Well, I sent it out a week or so ago and did the online chat thing again today and they told me a replacement was coming. I didn't want a replacement 2 months after V-day.
-Now they say if I want a refund I can return it again for a a 15% restocking fee.

THIS is just wasting my time now. I'm pretty PO'ed. Should I just contact my Credit card (I'm sick of email tag) and the Better Business Bureau. They suck!

Anyone else have these problems with them?
