So I have found a few Russian websites that sell mp3's at $0.10 a pop. I am wondering, are these sites legal? Is the legality of it different if I am downloading in the U.S. rather than Russia? Another thing, should these sites be trusted with your CC information?

For the record, it's probably not legal(think about it: selling MP3s for $0.10 a piece to Americans? No one in their right mind would agree to that), but without a court case there's no solid way to tell. Besides, there's no way for the RIAA to get the information they need to file a civil suit.

I'd use allofmp3.com

It's legal because of laws and how they're setup, but whether it's moral or not is another thing
