Overscan adjustment in Vista?

Overscan adjustment in Vista?
I have an ATI X1050 hooked up to a 55" 720p Plasma TV and when I select 1280x720, all of the sides are overscanned by about 10%. This means the taskbar is almost gone, and it's impossible to see the close\maximize\minimize buttons on the upper right corner.

Now, I've seen first hand that ATI has an overscan option fix in Windows XP, but it appears to be missing with this card in Vista.

Is there anything that can be done about this? Custom resolutions, perhaps? Or is there any way to enable the overscan option in Vista?

Here's how I do it. Go to advanced options under video out properties then apply a standard format then click add and adjust the rectangle until the background is just barely visible and you will be right on. Don't forget to select the correct monitor under the graphics adapter box.
