Overlocking first time e6600

I want to Overlock my E6600 procesor. Could you please write me how should i do it? I really dont need to overlock it to 3.0ghz, 2.8 or something like that should be fine:-D. Is it really hard to do? It's the first time I'm doing it, I just want some help. Could you please write me step by step how to do it?
My system setup is:
-Intel core 2 duo e6600
-Asus P5B deluxe
-2GB DDR2 A-data 800Mhz
-Nvidia 7300GT
-Seagate 160GB
-ZEROtherm CF900 FAN
