Overlocking a SFF PC? I want to overclock my SN45

Curious if the cooling is up to snuff? Thinking of getting a Barton 333 and runnign it at 400fsb?

Will a 333 barton even make it to 400? SHould i just bite the bullit and buy a 3200+ 400FSB?
