Overheating

I just build my new system
MB: ASUS P5W-DH-DELUXE
CPU: E6600 Dual Core Duo
Video: Sapphire X1950XTX
Mem: 2x512 DDR2 800Mhz Geil 4-4-4-12

Just starting the system the hardware monitor in bios show 45 degrees C for the CPU and 55 degrees C for the MB. The video adapter is very hot to (can't touch the cooler pipes) but i can't see the temperature.
Is this values normal or is something wrong.
It will take around 20 min to install the operating system so i can run some software to probe the system bun in so much time i'm affraid the temperature will rise too much if it is something wrong.
The CPU has thermal protection but i don't know about the MB or video adapter.
I would apreciate if someone can give me the normal temperature for each part.

PS. The system is not OC

I instaled the system but when i try to run any game i hear a fan speading up 2 or 3 times and then the system reboot.
I still think some component is too hot

What is your room temperature?
What PSU do you have?
What exhaust fan do you have?
How about intake fan?
Where is the case located?
Install ATITool so that you can see the GPU temperature also.
