I've just built a new PC (Athlon XP2700, 1Gb PC2700 Ram, MSI K7N2G Motherboard all in a Globalwin GAT-001 case) and I'm having problems with random crashes. I'm suspecting its heat related.

Looking in the bios, its reporting the System temp as 45 degrees C and the CPU as 41. Is this too high? It strikes me as being a bit odd that the system temp is higher than the CPU. Is this odd?
