overheating power supply?

i'm not sure whether or not this is anything to be concerned about. my power supply is VERY HOT! it reaches high temperatures very quicklly. my board and cpu temps are in the mid 20s and i don't think that would be a problem. everything seems to be running stable and has been for many months. should i be concerned? are these readings even accurate? they do seem to change radically every few seconds (19 C to 75 C back and forth :/).

doesn't sound normal.

Can you feel the fan on the back of the PS working? If the airflow is very low or none, it is the PS. I've seen machines with a bad PS run for weeks before showing any unusual problems.
