Overheating issue for Gigabyte P25

I just bought a Gigabyte P25 recently and i have a grave problem about it,the model have an overheating issue.just the other day when i played call of duty 4,after a few minutes playing,the computer suddenly shutdown.wth,am i the only one with this problem?or can anybody help me with it.i'm begging u,please help me.........
 
Which model P25 is it (CF1, CF3, etc)? A laptop under warranty should not be doing this, unless it operated in an extremely dusty environment, so if you have had it within the warranty period, the first thing to do would be to call Gigabyte.
