Hi AT ppl,

I cant seem to decide on my next upgrade.... i have an asrock am2nf6g-vsta board recently updated the bios to support the 5400+ BE.

on the other hand i want the performance of atleast a nice comfy 3.5 - 4.0 GHz to last me a few years, so guys should i go with the 5400+ BE or fork out the extra and get the intel overhaul ?

also can yall reccomennd in order of BFB performance memory.

Going with an intel board/cpu might be a good idea. What are your other components? That might affect whether it's worth going with the full upgrade.

** also, what do you use your computer for, mostly?
 
k i need to get a new psu prolly a corsair vx 520 that's like $1200 in my country, i have markvision memory @ 2.5 ghz, a sempron 2800+ @ 2.15 GHz, 8800GT (recently aquired) an 80 gig hd and a nirvana 120 for cpu cooling.

well games i play are soulstorm, starcraft, unreal 2k4,Q4, Doom 3, diablo 3 (soon), crysis, gears of war, etc
