Overdrive Displaying memory frequency oddly

Overdrive is displaying my memory which should be 1066 Mhz at 466 Mhz. I'm not quite sure if I can trust it but I poked around in my bios but found nothing (which was odd and upsetting 😛). Since I built the rig, overdrive never displayed it at 1066

Here's my rig:

ASUS M3A79-T Deluxe
Corsair TWIN2X4096-8500C5 (rated at 1066)
Phenom X4 9750 Overclocked to 2.75 (through overdrive)

So it says the clock is set at 400 Mhz. No idea how to change that and it wont let me.
